Commitment to Learning

The APTA Oregon Continuing Education Committee has created a year-long PT ED Talk series for you.  

PT ED Talks will be held virtually to allow more access for our valued members who live outside of the Portland Metro area.  Links to each course will be sent to registered attendees the week of the event.  Please check the calendar throughout the year as courses are added.

Pricing for PT ED Talks (per course)

APTA Oregon CE Credits are now electronic!  Attendees can track their CE through their database (also available for non-members by simply using the log in credentials created when registering for the course).  Any CE prior to 2021 will not be in this database, attendees can reach out to the APTA Oregon office for additional help on those credits if necessary at [email protected].  CE credits are applied in accordance with the guidelines established by the Oregon Board of Physical Therapy.

Interested in Presenting a PT ED Talk?

We'd love to hear from you! 
The Continuing Education Committee makes course selections based on the following criteria:

• Need to show actionable items
• Need to show learning objectives
• Need to show evidence based citations & medical literature references
• 3 - 5 test questions that can be used at the end of the presentation to comply with Oregon Board of Physical Therapy requirements for virtual education courses. 

Please note that all PT Ed Talks will be held virtually.
